Instructional Design and Technology Group
The IDTG group is a branch of Illinois TRAILL and offers the services described below on a cost recovery basis when you log your work request. The following link is the Department of Animal Sciences Computer Use and Security Policy.
If your NetID does not allow you to log a work request please e-mail ansci-it@uiuc.edu, and we will enter you into the system. If you are submitting a help ticket for an unsupported computer you will need to submit an account number prior to work starting. You may submit a request for the the following services:
- Computer support
- Software support

- Outlook or Eudora problems
- Problems accessing with your browser

Peripherals
- PDAs (Palm Pilots)
- Printers
- Scanners
- Zip drives

Security
- Firewalls
- Virus protection
- Web support and server access

Poster printing
- Please upload your PowerPoint when you submit your request
- Include any special request and date poster is needed by
- CD duplication and printing
* There is a fee of $40/hour for the above services if you are a student or faculty member of the Department of Animal Sciences.
