The IDTG group is a branch of Illinois TRAILL and offers the services described below on a cost recovery basis when you log your work request. PLEASE NOTE: This request is ONLY for IDTG work requests. In order to request department-supported work, use anscihelp@ad.uiuc.edu or 217-244-5218.
If your NetID does not allow you to log a work request please e-mail ansci-it@uiuc.edu, and we will enter you into the system. If you are submitting a help ticket for an unsupported computer you will need to submit an account number prior to work starting. You may submit a request for the the following services:
- Computer support
- Software support

E-mail or WWW
- Outlook or Eudora problems
- Problems accessing with your browser

Peripherals
- PDAs (Palm Pilots)
- Printers
- Scanners
- Zip drives

Security
- Firewalls
- Virus protection
- Web support and server access

Poster printing
- Please upload your PowerPoint when you submit your request
- Include any special request and date poster is needed by
- CD duplication and printing
* There is a fee of $40/hour for the above services if you are a student or faculty member of the Department of Animal Sciences.
